Enhanced Redundancy power source for critical load by enabling static bypass power from WS UPS
Enhanced the HVAC filtration system post Covid (MERV 8 to MERV13)
Completely modified the fresh air system with MERV 13 filters and implemented DCV (Demand control ventilation) across buildings
Enhanced HVAC system & Fresh air system to meet ASHRAE & ISHRAE standards post Covid 19 by upgrading the existing filters to MERV13

Managing Bangalore, Juhu and Tirupati Hotels with 400 rooms properties.

Overseas assignment, Supported 60 resources, covering capital city Riyadh telecom buildings adopting world class technology of Ericsson, York & Muller on 0 & M operations with BMS.
